The overall objective of the project is to enhance the technical capabilities of three Centres of Excellence Regional Secreatariat in Morocco (covering the African Atlantic Façade Partner countries (PCs): Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Liberia, Mauritania, Morocco, Senegal, and Togo), in Kenya (covering the Eastern and Central Africa PCs: Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Seychelles, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia) and in Georgia (covering the South East Europe, Southern Caucasus, Moldova and Ukraine PCs: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, fYR of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine) thus contributing to increase local ownership and strengthen regional cooperation while increasing trust at local level. It will also reinforce technical cooperation at national, regional, and international level and increase impact and sustainability of projects’ results.
