The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is to increase production
and exports of both coffee and cocoa. The specific objective of this assignement is to assist the UCDA in the efficient and effective execution of the activities defined under
the Multi Annual Programme Estimate (MAPE)3, so that their implementation complies with
the terms and conditions, objectives and expected results of the Financing Agreement4.
