The overall objective of the action of which this contract will be a part is: “to facilitate intra-African
trade and African and opean investment”.
The Specific Objective of the action is that “Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are created, protected,
utilized, administered and enforced across Africa, in line with international and opean best
practice and in support of the AfCFTA and the African Union’s Agenda 2063”.
