The overall objective of this contract is to contribute to the reduction of poverty in Liberia through enhancing the Aid Harmonization and Coordination capacity of Government of Liberia.
The purpose is to strengthen the NAO system of Liberia to observe its responsibilities and obligations under the Cotonou Agreement by strengthening capacities and capabilities to effectively programme, supervise, manage, monitor the implementation of projects and programmes, according to EU procedures.
