The general objective of the consultation is:
To develop and implement an IT system to facilitate institutions in their control of the flow of processes, identification of the modes of transport, security devices equipped with radio frequency identification (RFID), integration and traceability of the results of the risk analysis and management, obtained from the control institutions operating at checkpoints at the borders with Nicaragua.
