The overall objective of the Project is to strengthen the resilience of Lebanon’s security institutions to withstand internal and external pressures and shocks, and to reinforce the role they can play as drivers of stability and national cohesion, further contributing to the strengthening of the rule of law and the continuous progress towards the alignment to international legal frameworks, principles and standards.
