Background & Objectives
The aim is to provide Technical Assistance (TA) for implementing all BECS programme components, including capacity building, investment promotion events, studies, and support for reforms and policies. The TA will report to the EU Delegation to ensure effective methods, progress tracking, and accurate reporting. It will also establish a pool of local and international experts to support national authorities and beneficiaries as needed.
The overall objective to which this action contributes is to ensure cost efficient and effective implementation of the Business Environment and Competitiveness for Salone (BECS) programme
Activities
BECS TA Key Areas :
- Assess business environment, regulations, and partner capacities.
- Support policy reform and develop action plans.
- Provide training and build institutional capacity.
- Simplify regulations and improve access to finance.
- Promote innovation, sustainability, and skills development.
