Background & Objectives
The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) signed a $350 million Compact with Malawi on September 28, 2022, to support economic growth through the Malawi Transport and Land Project. The five-year program, starting in April 2024, will be managed by MCA-Malawi II. AESA will assist in implementing the Land Administration Resourcing and Institutions (LARI) Activity, supporting land reform adoption and implementation. Key stakeholders include MCA-Malawi II, the Ministry of Lands, Finance, Local Government, and selected councils.
