This position is part of the bidding phase for the project titled “Advisory support for developing the affordable housing sector in the Czech Republic” under the EIBAS FwC lot 5.

We are looking for the Team Leader to complete a team of 3 experts.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic (100% on-site)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in economics, finance, or public administration (minimum requirement)Master’s Degree (preferred)

General Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Urban and Regional Development

Specific Professional Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in housing policy and sustainable urban and regional infrastructure projects

Demonstrated leadership in at least 5 projects, including 3 at the international level, related to regional and urban development or housing.

Language and Other Skills:

Fluency in both Czech and English languages is mandatory.
