AESA is seeking a Senior Field Technician with solid experience in oilseed crops and agroforestry systems to support our activities in Ivory Coast. This role requires strong technical, organizational, and coordination capabilities. 

📝 Key Responsibilities: 

✅ Design and management of large-scale agricultural and agroforestry interventions 

✅ Analysis of agricultural biomass potential and value chains 

✅ Coordination with local stakeholders and contract farming schemes 

✅ Preparation of technical reports and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

✅ Team and activity coordination across production areas 

🔎 Ideal Candidate Profile: 

🌿 Degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field 

🌿 At least 5 years of relevant field experience 

🌿 In-depth knowledge of Côte d’Ivoire’s agricultural landscape 

🌿 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

🌿 Fluent in both English and French 

🌿 Proficient in agricultural mechanics and IT tools 

🌿 Candidate must be based in Abidjan or near main production areas.
