The project invests to increase the climate resilience and sustainability of coastal and marine fisheries in Cambodia. The project will support private sector development by enabling coastal communities and small businesses to diversify their livelihoods, adopt sustainable practices, and scale up into viable enterprises.
Position should start in the second semester of 2025.
EXPERT’S REQUIRMENTS
AESA is looking for qualified experts in mariculture for a project in Cambodia. The expert should preferably be an Asian citizen and have a strong experience in the mariculture sector in particular molluscs in Southeast Asian Countries. Furthermore, the expert should have experience with working in this sector in at least three different countries. The expert should be fluent in spoken and written English.
Qualifications required:
- Degree or technical in aquaculture.
- Good knowledge of shellfish, excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and working with coastal communities in donor funded projects with government.
- Experience in engaging government, private sector, and community stakeholders
