AESA is looking for a Junior Agronomist specialized in Field Trials for Oilseed Crops to join our team in Ivory Coast. If you are passionate about agricultural innovation and have experience in tropical climates, we want to hear from you!

📝 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Field Trials Expertise: Designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments for oilseed crops in tropical environments.

✅ Tropical Crop Management: Applying in-depth knowledge of tropical crop cultivation and best practices for yield optimization.

✅ Research & Development: Contributing to innovative practices and technologies in crop management.

✅ Reporting: Preparing technical reports and presentations (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

✅ Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and French for effective international collaboration.

🔎 Ideal Candidate Profile:

🌱 Experienced in private or public research facilities.

🌱 Strong analytical skills in soil and oil management.

🌱 Comfortable with data analysis and scientific reporting.

🌱 Fluent in both English and French
