AESA has been Awarded for the EuropeAid Global Climate Change Alliance "Appui à la Prise en Compte du Changement Climatique dans le Développement d’Haïti (AP3C)". The project has a duration of five years.
The objectives of AP3C are the reduction of Haiti’s vulnerability to climate change through an improved coordination of the intervention on adaptation and mitigation, a capacity building of the staff of the Ministry of Environment and the application and improvement of the national environmental legislation.
Other project activities are the promotion of innovative adaptation and communication actions proposed by local NGOs and the private sector and managed in collaboration with AP3C staff.
The acquisition of this project recognizes and confirms the technical capabilities of AESA also in the field of Climate Change.
