TRUE (Traditional United Europe) FOOD Integrated Project

Description of the project and Services provided:

The specific objective was to carry out important investigations and specifics researches, as well as, development of Technological Programmes in the Food Safety sector of traditional products and reveal those results to the SMEs involved in those sectors. The activities of investigation were carried out for some of the main European Expertise Centers in the sector of Food Safety of Traditional product.

The services provided were:
• Food Safety and Food Quality training
• Development of Investigation and technology
• Support to the SMEs
• Scientific technical Disclosure
• Predisposition of the plan of feasibility of the investments and of the administrative control
