Technical assistance for the support programme to take climate change into account in the national development of Haiti — AP3C

Description of the project and Services provided:

The general goal of the programme in which this project is included is to reduce the vulnerability of Haiti to climate change.

The specific objective of the technical assistance is to deliver an accurate expertise to effectively implement the program in the related area.

The results of the project are:

• Satisfactory operation of the technical unit;
• Programme coordinated with the sectoral partners so that exchanges of information and agreements can take place concerning the various actions undertaken by the various players;
• Monitoring and systematisation of the experiences relating to the implementation of Programme Result No. 2 are undertaken by the technical unit.

The services provided are:

• Institutional capacity building/strengthening
• Project management/coordination
• Project/programme implementation/management
• Project evaluation and monitoring
