Institutional capacity development in the context of the modernization of public services in planning in Angola

Description of the project and Services provided:

This project forsees to provide support to the institutional reforms in Angola, in the fields of planning, in particular, to the institutions of the Ministry of Planning in the context of modernisation and desentralisation.

Services Provided are:
• Strengthening technical and institutional capacity   of the principal organs of the Ministry of Planning;
• Improved the quality of  planning programs at national, sectorial and provincial level;
• Development and implementation at central and provincial level  of a System for the collection, testing, processing and dissemination of statistical data for planning and implementing the budget created.
