The assignment aims at developing a Management Information System ( MIS) that improves efficiency of key business processes within the organization including easy access to information:
Services Provided:
• Development and implementation of a user‐friendly management information system to increase the efficiency of business processes related to planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluation;
• Training of users (approximately 60‐80 staff) and data administrators (approximately 2);
• Development of succinct user friendly plain‐English guidance materials;
• Provision of ongoing maintenance services;
• Draft proposal for ongoing maintenance services.
