    The general purpose of the project is to increase the institutional capacity of the Payment Agency for Rural Development and Fisheries (PARDF) for the implementation of the National Programme for Rural Development 2007-2013

  • Design and implementation of training programmes
  • Delivery of the training programmes for the management level regarding the management of the performance system.
