ACP FISH II - Strengthening fisheries management in ACP Countries

Description of the project and Services provided:

• Prepare, manage and implement the project programme estimates
• Promote sharing of experience and up-take of lessons learned on fisheries between ACP Countries
• Elaborate and implement an appropriate communication strategy for the programme
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting on the 5 project's components, procurement and financial management.
• Collecting and compiling regional issue-based management information, facilitating inclusion in the fisheries Management knowledge exchange system (KES) and guiding access to this and other information systems
• Organising workshops and exchange visits to address shared problems and ensure access to indigenous/local knowledge.
